Any member of a Faction can buy a spot for their faction into the Top Pot League, a separate league prize on top of the normal F-top prizes. Every faction that pays for the Top Pot buy-in puts their money into the Pot Prize Pool, and every new faction to buy into the Pot increases the Pot size.
